How to Reply to a Ticket
- Log on to your Client Lounge Account
- Click on "Dashboard"
- Click "View Tickets" or scroll down to see your tickets
- Click on the ticket you wish to reply to
- Click "Click Here To Reply"
PLEASE NOTE: If ticket is closed you will not be able to reply to it, please re-open the ticket first
