How to Create a Ticket
If you have any questions, comments or concerns that you would like to ask us here at The Marketing Multi-tool we would love to hear them! By creating a Customer Care Ticket we can answer your questions as quickly and effiencly as possible, saving you valuable time. To create a Customer Care Ticket with your question all you have to do is follow these easy steps:
- Log on to your Client Lounge Account
- Click on "Customer Care Ticket"
- From there you can fill in a ticket and have it directed to any department in The Marketing Multi-tool.
- Additionally, If you can't find the "Customer Care Ticket" button, click on "Dashboard"
- From your dashboard click "Submit ticket"
PLEASE NOTE: If you fill out a ticket and write the wrong antispam code, it will reset your priority level to cold!
